lol its pretty much impossible to Wake Induce Lucid Dream without getting 4-6 hours of prior sleep.
I think its best to fall right back asleep after your alarm wakes you up. So you dont lose any sleep.
edit. heres my technique if your interested
- Fall Asleep 4-6 hours
- wake up for like a minute or two
- you need to be tired as hell but you need to have a somewhat awake mental conscious.
- this is the hard part. Start to fall back asleep, but start visualizing a simple scenario. You only want to put little effort into the visualization because you need your body to fall asleep. Basically, visualize a scenario like walking around in your gym, looking at the dumbbells, barbells, machines. Imagine yourself picking up weights and putting them down. Just simple visualization. Doesnt matter what you visualize just has to be something to keep you slightly awake.
- Now if you havent fuked up and fell asleep already, you should be so lost in your visualization that you completely lost track of your physical body. Basically you want to be in your own little world and completely forget that your in your bed falling asleep.
- Usually once i get into that trance like state stated above, crazy **** starts happening.Last edited by xpin2winx; 11-30-2012 at 08:39 AM.

Tried this AM. Ended up getting sleep paralysis and couldn't push through to the lucid state. Big fail.

I HATE lucid dreaming because I can't tell if it's a dream or not.
One time I dreamt that I hit my alarm off and got off to work.......but it was still a dream and I was late in real life!
One time I had to use the bathroom and thought I got up to piss, but it turned out I was only going to the bathroom in my dream and........rest is history.

False awakenings. I had 25+ lucid dreams and never had a false awakening till a week ago. I woke up on my bed with my tv on. Everything felt exactly real. My eyes were all blurred from just waking up plus the tv being on. Some weird dragon ball z show was on. I look at my hands (reality check). They are clearly fukked up, my fingers looked demented. I just brush it off because it felt too real and go back to sleep.

it was too tricky for me. What i did was start a dream journal and got really good at remembering my dreams. I would repeat the mantra, "i will not move or open my eyes when i wake up." I got so good at remembering my dreams that i wouldnt move when i woke up. I would achieve the vibrations instantly and other crazy **** happened instantly. It worked for me and its the easiest way to Wake induce lucid dream.

Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming is the less popular form of Lucid Dream because its so difficult to accomplish. Alot of people who suffer from Sleep Paralysis have learned how to use this to their advantage and perform Out of body experience/wake induced lucid dreams. While you can WILD through Sleep paralysis, its highly unlikely for someone who doesnt experience sleep paralysis to do so. So, going back many years ago, the tibetan monks developed techniques to achieve Wake Induce Lucid Dreams without the need for Sleep Paralysis. Basically the Correct way to Achieve a Wake Induced Lucid Dream, is to keep awareness as you fall asleep. This is achieved through visualization, counting, or other techniques. If you can do this then you can consciously enter the dream. Sleep Paralysis should occur after you are already in the dream completely unnoticed but it can happen to a select few.
So nicholas newport (the guy who made the Sleep Paralysis WILD technique famous) knew that it would way too difficult to explain how to correctly WILD to people so he made up his technique of staying still until you reach sleep paralysis and then you will go into a lucid dream. This technique may work for some but it will not work for the majority of people including myself. I spent alot of nights in my room just laying still waiting for something to happen.
So basically in a nutshell. You need 4-6 hours of sleep before you attempt a WILD. This is because the first few hours of sleep is all NREM sleep. So after you wake up, you have to fall back asleep. As youre falling asleep, you need an anchor (something that keeps your awareness) like counting or imagining a scenario. While you fall asleep, your thoughts will start to become irrational and weird. Like you thinking about weird purple monkeys or something strange along those lines . If you arent able to focus on your anchor while these thoughts occur then you will fall asleep, but if you can you will be fully lucid in a dream.Last edited by xpin2winx; 12-03-2012 at 07:03 PM.

Do reality checks throughout the day and in combination with the galamantine and choline you are almost guaranteed a lucid dream. The other day i started taking piractem+choline and i had a wild night. Must've had like 7 weaird assdreams and i remembered all of them.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

Fuk me and my standard dreams! Rawr..
The only thing that ever happends to me is that stuff where youre not exactly asleep but youre not conscience either. Like, you dont have much memory of it while its happening, but if you snap awake real quick you can be like "Yeah, I heard what you just said." Or a better example, if you've ever heard yourself snore..."Whether you believe you can do a thing or not, you are right." -Henry Ford
"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable." -Socrates
