Just look at this picture Jay Cutler at 15 years old looks thin just like ectomorph with thin bone scruture now I don't get it why everywhere jay cutler is said to be endomorph.

Stop all the bull**** body types crap. Its getting old. Just cause you were fat as a kid doesnt make you an endo. Being big a muscular doesnt mean you are a meso.
Hell theres no such thing as any body type because we have traits that match all 3. And certain things are variable. Like eating more calories than you burn will make you fat... Doesnt fukcing make you an endo. Being dedicated to diet, cardio, and training will get you shredded. Doesnt fukcing make you an ecto. So STFU with the body type threads. Its annoying and irellevant to anything. Get to know your metabolism, eat accordingly based on your goal, trial and error, train smart/hard, stop reading 18 internet articles a day. meso-endo, Jay has no traces of ectomorph frame at all.
Ot: the only two pros Ive noticed to be pure mesomorphs are Ronnie and Phil. Every other one has some traces of ecto or endo

Actually id argue that RC in grade 10 picture = pure ECTO. But In football picture, he was a bit soft but with big muscles so for sure an ENDO. But then when he was a top amatuer he had a small waist and small joints with big muscles, So had to be ECTO MESO. But From 2003 and on PURE MESO because he had big shoulders and wider waist. Jay is just big boneded'...
His wrists are huge.
But a lot of people say that small boned people are actually the ideal type for bodybuilding as they come out more aesthetic when they put mass/size on...note I said some people...just what I have read. I agree in that people are a mix of the "body types" endo, meso, ecto et. et. But I think genetic bone structure comes into play as well.
An example is Flex, he has really small wrists, probably half the size of Jay's...Jay is genetically wide, Flex isn't, they both have amazing physiques, just depends on your preference. My wrists are small, maybe that is a good thing. :P
Jay here with a "small boned" person. Look at this size of Jay's wrists and paws in comparison...
Also, look at Flex's wrist size in comparison...
