that widely different cultures/people should not live together. note i am not talking about race, but say a super strict muslim vs liberal western society. why do people try so hard to push multi culturalism? it doesn't work. for 10 million years fo human existence different cultures lived separately, and interacted through trade/ travels etc. but a society and city can not function when one group of people can't eat X and another can't work on day X and another can't do this or that etc. KEEP IT SEPERATE. each country should have only it's own people and culture, and the rest should stick to their own country (of course they can travel and trade, just not try and move in or take over)

400g a day has a lot of extra protein my muscles can't benefit from (naturally at least, especially after noob gains are done)... while leaving less room for carbohydrates, which will greatly benefit my muscles and overall energy during workouts. So, yeah, I'm reducing benefits to my muscles here. Would the majority not agree with this?

But 100-200g, erring on the higher side while at a low bodyfat in deficit, is this extremely high?

yeah, i debated using the word 'extremely' when i made that post. in the end i figured your average human bean consumes 70-100g of protein a day, making 100-200g high and anything above 200g being 'extremely' high (as far as your average lifting male is concerned). i very much believe that too much of anything is bad, and that our bodies aren't designed to consume such (relatively) large quantities of anything, including brotein.

We as a society need to be pushing kids towards things they may actually be successful or useful at. There are way too many colleges and universities filled with losers who will never accomplish anything and are just a drain on resources.

This is true. They need to cultivate creativity and not push agendas on people. I work with literally hundreds of people that hate their jobs and existance.

On this note (Which I Agree with) I wish that American society would stop looking down on alternatives to college like technical and trade schools. Just because you go to a trade school doesn't mean you are "To stupid for college" or a failure. I wish manual labor was less stigmatized and celebrated more as a necessity for the successful running of a society.
