What exersize for the back of the shoulders?

I do seated shoulder press, in front raise and side raises for my shoulders, sometimes arnold press also. i want my back of the shoulders to look bigger.. I seemed to grow in front and side a bit but what about mass gains in the sides and back of it?

Face pulls, rear delt rows or bent over raises (lots of variations of this exercise) will all hit your rear delts.

I second the face pulls. I really like them with higher reps and a weight that I can control without my traps taking over.

Lots of people like sitting the reverse way on a pec deck machine too.

Face pulls or the reverse pec deck. Both will destroy your rear delts.

Agreed - face pulls, bent-over lateral raises and the rear delt machine (or reverse pec deck) will do the trick.

rear delt raises (DB upright rows at your side).
    rear delt db flie.

Neutral grip pull-ups should be a good auxiliary. Horizontal DB rows might be even better.

Another vote for face pulls and reverse pec dec. Face pulls are my favorite.

Make sure you do face pulls with light enough weight to isolate the rear delt. Too much weight and you will turn it into a bad row variant.
