Me too. What significant differences are there? I always just imagine they run grams and grams of everything, eat whole lambs, and dont do anything but train. Cant you buy it at pharmacies in some middle eastern countries?
It strange but it seems like most of them completely lack leg cuts. From all the pics I have seen of this show, I saw one guy who had some striations in the quads. But his right quad was about 1.5-3 inches larger than left...

From the "What middle eastern guys do" thread.
that's the most dangerous aspect of contest prep in the middle east. the last 7 days. as i mentioned before, my friend spend a couple of nights in the hospital after winning a huge championship here because he was this close to dying from dehydration. i don't remember exactly, i wrote back when he told me so if you go back to my posts you'd find exactly what he did... but he didn't drink water for 3 or 5 days or **** like that AND took a diuretic... only recently are they starting to use diuretics like buremex (sp?) and thiazide... oral and injectible lasix was taken like candy... some of the contests i've competed in... i saw people passing around lasing like it was sweet tarts and gulping it down.
but one thing is constant... they don't drink any fluids for atleast 2 days. some up to 5 days... and this is a fact. ALL OF THEM DO IT THIS WAY.
