24 yo 5'8" ~18-20% body fat 144 lb. I've been bodybuilding since 16 years old. Completely stopped, went into depression,k ate really unhealthy stuff (fast food all day, almost every day), and just worked practically almost all day, every day for two years. Quit my job. Finally got my **** back on track with a more satisfying job. I've been on a healthy maintenance diet for 6 months. Help! Cut or bulk? I think I should cut until 13% and bulk afterwards but I'll look like a twig. Suggestions?
