Hello guys!
I wonder what's better, benchpressing 4 sets, 10 reps with 80 kilos, or benchpressing 6 sets, 4 reps with 110 kilos? What do you suggest? Thank you!

it depends on what you are trying to do. if your looking to add muscle the 6x4x110 is going to be the best if your looking to be toned the first one is what you wanna do. all depends on what your intent is
$Sugar Shane$ It ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done.

5 years of lifting and you weigh 140 lbs? Sunglasses and sideways cap?
Anyway, 10 reps is better for hypertrophy than 4 reps. With 4 reps the main focus is strength training, which is important too, obviously. That's why I would suggest doing both and not limiting yourself. Pyramid your sets, or alternate on work out days. Whatever you prefer, really.
