I take 5 mg when I have trouble falling asleep and it knocks me out....I can't imagine what 10 times that would do. You'll either die, sleep for a week and wake up with a crazy hangover, or be raging all night. One of those 3 things are going to happen.

I've always had good dreams on melatonin. I had 1 nightmare, and being 100% srs the nightmare was that I had acne on the right side of my face. In the dream I was in a room with some kid, a pretty attractive chick I know and some old lady and I was just freaking out. I remember screaming "I'VE HAD CLEAR SKIN EVERY GODDAMN DAY OF MY LIFE" and the chick said that I was telling the truth. A little odd for a nightmare but I was ****ting bricks when I woke up.

Effects of melatonin are greatly exaggerated. I have several bottles of melatonin and have tried doses ranging from 15mg all the way to 300+

It should be noted that I have sleeping problems so lol.

I have had problems sleeping too. There have been times where I've struggled falling asleep with 10mg
