    How long is your cardio?

I never used to take cardio seriously, just started it recently as a way to kill leg pain and lose some fat on belly. I usually spend 5 minutes each on Treadmill, Cycle and Logs.

Personally, i only do 20 minutes a day right now. Less if im tired/lazy that day

When fat loss is the goal, you can achieve the caloric deficit needed either through diet or cardio. Its your choice.. i personally choose to watch my diet so i dont put alot of effort into cardio. I usually do 3.5 mph and a incline of 7.5.

I jogged for about 30-50 minutes 4 times a week and lost 35 lbs.
