I'm one of those "EC is the cheapest, best, and most proven, so why try anything else?" types, I admit. But I took a REDuction AM shot and liked the feeling. Though I'm not sure about the other ingredients. Does anyone know the current research or general opinions on the other ingredients (it's conveniently a non-prop blend)? http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cl...n-am-shot.html
Thanks in advance

illegal? eh? I use(d) bronkaid which is still available OTC
I just tried to AM REDuction as well though and REALLY liked it... solid 70 min cardio session on a day I planned to take off lol Was VERY impressed. It does have 200mg caffeine in it though and I don't use a ton of stims, dont drink coffee etc.... so that probably helped!
The old ECY stack is pimp, I always enjoyed the fact that it clears any lingering congestion so freer breathing during work outs as well.

It's technically illegal to use as a dietary supplement.

Why not just take the Ephedrine and then use the REDuction AM in place of the caffeine pill. Same 200mg dose of caffeine in REDuction AM. If I have to take an EC dose close to my workout, I usually just sub a caffeinated PWO in place of the caffeine pill, so this would essentially be the same. Don't think anything in REDuction reacts negatively with Ephedrine either.
My Transformation:
Before: June 2011 - 318 Lbs. ~30% BF
After: August 2012 - 154 Lbs. ~ 7% BF
Now: 179 Lbs. ~8% BF (Most Recent Hydrostatic Test Results Available in Progress Photos)
Goal: Bulk to ~185-190 Lbs. at 10% BF or less and gauge from there.
