Im 177 20% bf now, gained 12 lbs over football season, now im trying to get to 165 8-10% bf.

starting middle linebacker, starting running back
I am aiming to be at least 2nd string next year varsity, so im very motovated and im putting a lot into it. Ill log my improvements, share my findings, etc.

You're better off bulking in the off season my friend. I would try to put on at least an extra 10 lbs going into next season. You won't regret it.
