    Cycling class

I had my cycling class last night. 70 minutes 30 miles including 15x1 minute sprints.
How long does it take our body to recover from that stuff? Would it be a waste to do a lower body hupertrophy set tonight?

Indoor mileage shouldn't really be taken into account while taking a spin class.
It should be based mainly on your overall physical exertion and calorie expenditure during your session. If your truly worried about recovery, invest
in a HRM and monitor your expenditure and how hard your going during the sessions.

To answer your question, you should be fine. given that your eating enough.
