There's too much work to do at work. I think I have transitioned from watching-the-clock-cuz-time-is-going-too-slow to fuk-there-is-not-enough-time-to-get-all-this-sh*t-done.

I was being semi-facetious with the comment.
Also, I am able to work mostly out of the house at the moment and can structure my workday so that there are plenty of breaks/diversions throughout the day. So in that regard, a 12 hour workday isn't necessarily linear. If I'm dragging ass at 2 pm, but energetic and highly motivated at 8 pm, there's no question for me about when I'm working and when I'm taking it easy.

I don't know what level you're at with whatever company you work for. If you are an individual contributor with no direct reports then yes delegation is going to be problematic (i.e. impossible). Hence my "where possible" statement. Up here at work I delegate and am delegated to. Some weeks I have to do the boss's job even though it's technically above my level.

It looks like the only state in the nation without a carry law on the books might finally fall:
http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/l...,7034171.story
'The state of Illinois would have to allow ordinary citizens to carry weapons under a federal appeals court ruling issued today, but the judges also gave lawmakers 180 days to put their own version of the law in place."
