I've been writing papers since yesterday morning.

Then I have a final in the evening where I go to class and write more essays.

If you have the means to do so, and we definitely do in the Western world, you help as many people as you can. That's the definition of being civilized.

Libertarianism is becoming the new hip thing to be a part of by people blind/ignorant to the suffering and conditions of others.

Or people who really don't know frack all about political philosophies but shout the simplistic and empty rhetoric of "let people live" the ideology espouses just to have an opinion.

Layne Norton's? Doesn't he do a lower / upper power days? I'd do lower power, seems a no brainer. This is my brother's favorite routine, he does them during those days. He's prone to hernias, so he doesn't do them at all now, though.
