Sure we're not twins? Mine's been stupid for 8 weeks now... it's frustrating not being able to bench more than 135 without feeling tightness or even pain at 185... Pinched nerves freaking suck...

It's weird, I felt nothing in it when I did DB bench on Monday, yesterday I felt it a bit when doing Hammerstrength Chest Press, and today I tried doing military press and couldn't do a rep due to stiffness/weird feeling.
I'm going to lay off barbell bench for a bit, and probably lay off shoulder isolation too, maybe cut it back to once a week instead of two.
