Sounds like a great plan. I have a friend that went into engineering there, but graduated with a degree in physics - in the Air Force now. My cousin just graduated from Xavier - nice school, not the best area of town though

I know..he will probably live at home. He has a couple cousins that went to Ohio University but they are not that strong in engineering and the co-op opportunities are limited.

Out of convenience I probably go to total wine more than anything else these days, as it's on the way home. Whole Foods, Norm's and Rick's when I have more time.

Generally speaking, engineering is a good degree to have, and are nearly always in demand. Good compensation relative to the cost of the education, too.

The Weg is solid, and definitely easy to get stuff while procuring groceries. I usually wind up with a few bottles of vino before I leave, be it my intention or not. Beer selection is good too, esp for a grocery.

So just talked to my manager about my performance for the year. I'm doing a good job, but can work on going above and beyond to get help me get to the next level. I agreed with him. Only problem is.....I don't really want to. I'm happy NOT putting in the extra effort so that I can leave at 5 and go home and spend time with my son. Less time on BB.com would probably help as well. Might be something to consider for next year.
