    Those how have horrible farts GTFIH

    I tell my co-workers that its all the muscle building and healthy eating, unfortunately I got a slendor muscular body and in my clothes I look like I dont even lift lol, But could those who attritbute their horrible smelling farts to their training exercise please testify that im just a solid muscle building machine and the gas is an minor by product of my awesomeness, cause they dont believe me, thanks

    Ever since I started taking psyllium with my protein they quit stinkin. Not sure if thats exactly what did it, but stink no more!

    What are you eating to make them stink?

    I was gassy but started doing a Keto diet and the gas disappeared all together. I just started eating carbs again and they are back with a vengance. I may deplete the Ozone all by myself.

    Could be something in your diet. When I was using Gaspari MyoFusion I was having horrible farts and bowel movements. Came to the conclusion that it was probably the egg protein so I switched to a whey protein that didn't have egg in it. Now my farts smell no worse then usual.

    There are lots of foods that can effect the smell of your gas, just like how a lot of asparagus makes your urine smell. I believe broccoli can.

    Psyllium to the rescue for me too. Keeps all that protein and food moving through you properly. I take one double dose + every AM.

    You can mix it with whatever you want. Just remember though that it starts to expand pretty darn quickly. If you don't like it with water maybe try juice. I take metamucil orange. Honestly, it tastes like weak orange Tang.
