    weight gaining plateau

    started mass gaining in september with 83 kg and 3 weeks ago i was 90.2kg but in the 3 week my weight only went 0.8kg . I am still eating above surplus.Shall I just stop mass gaining and start cutting??

    if you think you are getting to fat, then cut. if you still think you are lean bulk
