    No motivation..need help

    I was a football and wrestler in high school, and I recently graduated this past year. All throughout high school I was always fit, and was very pleased with my body. After graduation I kinda lost all my motivation after not being in sports any longer. I have a gym membership, but it just seems to go to waste because I rarely get the motivation to go. I always say I am going to go, as well as eat healthy, but I rarely do. In high school, I had to do all of this if I wanted to be good, but now I feel like I have no motivation. I have put on about 30 or so pounds since my last wrestling season, which was only about 9 months ago. I am afraid if I do not make a change, I will keep gaining weight and never be satisfied with my appearance. I just need some motivation to eat healthy, how to workout right. I know what it is like to push yourself because I did all through high school. Thanks.

    Brah, I know where you are comming from. I did sports all through HS and was fit. In college I partied and focused on working out less and less til I stopped. I gained and gained and was never satisfied with myself. Fortunately I am tall with large frame that hid my excess weight. Keep this in the back of your mind, Are you happy with the way you appear to yourself? If not you control your destiny man. Only you can make yourself satisfied. Good luck bro, don't want you to have my same regrets as I wake up now and am busting my a** to get back where I was.

    It’s THAT time again……….

    The beginning of a new month, not just any month, but CHRISTMAS, and you’ve got a BIG DECISION to make!
    Did you take your monthly progress photos or are you AFRAID to? Are you ALREADY afraid of the weight you’ve gained from THANKSGIVING? Another HOLIDAY lies ahead & YOU have to MAKE A DECISION, NOW!!

    Decide RIGHT NOW that you are NOT going to let your eating get out of control this HOLIDAY SEASON! You ARE NOT going to find yourself 5 to 10 lbs heavier at the end of the month, disappointed in yourself, with a lot of weight to lose the first of the year, or EVEN WORSE just becoming complacent with your new heavier weight! Make that decision, NOW, and develop a PLAN to be PREPARED for whatever you encounter this Holiday Season.

    Schedule your cheat meals around Holiday parties and even then, stay FOCUSED on your goals. If you have a lot of Holiday parties, you DON’T have to EAT at EVERY ONE OF THEM! Bring your own food to eat before, after, or during the parties and DON’T be embarrassed about doing this. YOU are a CHAMPION and YOU have a PLAN and YOU have a GOAL to be a happier, healthier, YOU and that goal does NOT need to wait until the New Year!

    Remember, you CAN have your ABS & CHRISTMAS too!
