Yesterday I wasn't feeling the greatest (cold) and as a result didn't eat much throughout the day. When it was late I realized I still needed 1000 cals to meet my daily req.. I already met my macros/micros.
I couldn't figure much out other than to eat a sh**load of PB.. so I measured up about 800 cals of PB and ate it... had the other 200 in fruit.
I don't plan on doing this often, but is there anything wrong with eating that much peanut butter at once?
