balancing out the physique: weaker in side posing

hey guys my chest, back and legs dominant my physique:From past training focusing on these areas/genetics. Was wondering if you can train for strength specifically on those stronger bodyparts whilst specifically for mass on the lagging bodyparts??? or is it better to stick with one training system ie strength or hypertrpohy training but change the overall workout volume: ie less volume on the dominant bodyparts compared to the lesser???

thanks for your help appreciate it

    Yes.

It's called prioritization, and will always be a factor for anyone who's already past intermediate-stage bodybuilding. You've already identified your quicker and slower-developing muscle groups (which just about all of us have to one extent or another).

Use your past experience in what works best for your various body parts to work the lagging muscle groups harder/more, while balancing your overall workload by dropping some volume and/or frequency from the more-dominant body parts.
