''There’s this battle over waterboarding at places like Guantanamo Bay. I think that they should just say, “Hey, if you guys don’t talk, you have to see Hercules In New York.” I guarantee those guys would talk much faster. You don’t need to do waterboarding or anything else. That’s the ultimate threat.''

Blows my mind how delusional people can be. Does he look in the mirror and see Phil Heath arms while we see saggy bags of oil.

I have came to the conclusion that the non lifting public all suffer from severe mental problems !!!
Some comments they have left:
"you can't get biceps and triceps that large without affecting pectoral, shoulder, forearm, and wrist muscles".
"Exactly what I was thinking!!! Been a personal trainer now for 28 years. Never have I seen just two groups of muscle so massive... Even us women who lift much less weight, can see all those muscles develop. Impossible to not have them. Looks so bad".
"His biceps contain a lot of water weight which is why they hang like fat so much...ANYWAY, Popeye had the largest forearms...Not biceps"!
"That's hypertrophy"!
"If you think he looks gross now, wait twenty years. Have you seen the latest pics of Schwarzennegger on the beach in his speedo? This guys biceps, and triceps will be hanging down to his elbows. Eventually grafity takes over".
"Although I respect his motivation and effort, his arms just look grotesque".
"He has absolutely no definition in his for arms. It's implants".
"There's no striations in the muscles you normally see in advanced bodybuilders. No definition, no rippling muscles, no symmetry. The dumbells he's pressing are 60 lbs and he looks like he's straining. His arms are totally out of proportion to everything else which tells you that's all he works on. Let's see his legs".

Lifting big

From the article: "Some fellow amateur bodybuilders at his gym, however, support Ismail and say they believe his arms are natural."
.... the criteria for "amateur bodybuilder" is puzzling

That guy is a bafoon. I doubt he's getting laid anytime soon with those damn balloons at his side, poor bastard. I've seen guys from other countries doing this and thought "oh god, maybe they just don't know any better?" but good lord, this guy lives in Boston! Unless he has the same mindset as Greg V, I see this guy becoming severley depressed in the near future..
