Hello, i want to build bigger abs. I have already a six pack for years but i wanted to make it an 8 pack or a bigger 6 pack.
Should i buy an exercise ball or an ab bench....or nothing?
I am bulking right now so i would like to build bigger abs and basically look better (big pack of abs and a little bigger chest)
Also any suggestions of you to build bigger abs?
I am alsmost 18 years old weight 73-74 kg and i am 174 cm tall.

OP, the answer for you is jelqing. . . .
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?
