I currently have 4 videos up, a quick one about what to expect from my channel, a contest prep transformation video, a posing practice video and a video talking about my contest prep experience. I started on these forums when i was 14 and a half, and came on this section when i was considering starting to compete. You have all supported me and I can't thank you enough. I hope I can get a bit of your support again and some feedback on my videos
This youtube channel will be dedicated to my natural bodybuilding journey, I'm 17 right now with 2 competitions under my belt and hope to compete again after putting on some more size. Please if you want too watch, comment, like, subscribe
I'm posting this in here because a few of you know me already from threads about contest prep I've posted, and because I think this I something a lot of you may be interested in. ****2 of my videos are directly related too contest prep. One is me talking about my experience and the other is a transformation with pictures from before my prep to stage photos
A quick shout out to my contest prep coach Paul Revelia (fitallpaul) and ProPhysique.com - highly recommend him as a coach, guided me through everything from diet, training and of course to the nitty gritty like how to properly tan for a show.

That's awesome dude, yeah I saw you in the highlight reel of Mayhem. That's great you were able to advance and then compete again in Elite the same year, great job!
