I've been taking the probiotic Myofusion and it is terrible, it makes me feel like **** almost every time I take it. I was a fan of the original Myofusion too. Read some reviews on it and sure enough, other people have had the same problem. I was looking at possibly getting 100% Gold Standard Casein just because I already take the whey and it seems to digest well. I took Combat from Muscle Pharm as well and it was the same story on a more minor scale compared with the Myofusion.
Anyway, any help would be appreciated, thanks

A chicken breast... you don't need a shake before bed.
