    Recommendations on protein to take before bed?

    I've been taking the probiotic Myofusion and it is terrible, it makes me feel like **** almost every time I take it. I was a fan of the original Myofusion too. Read some reviews on it and sure enough, other people have had the same problem. I was looking at possibly getting 100% Gold Standard Casein just because I already take the whey and it seems to digest well. I took Combat from Muscle Pharm as well and it was the same story on a more minor scale compared with the Myofusion.

    Anyway, any help would be appreciated, thanks

    If your going to use a shake I highly reccommend the protein you named the 100% Gold Standard Casein....Casein is best to use before sleep, and personally I prefer that brand.

    Protein is protein for the most part, with that said I'm currently sipping on some XF2.0 LCP before bed not because it's a casein/isolate blend but rather because it's delicious.

    Seriously that ON casein is pretty bad. Horrible thickness to it go with the XF if you need to take one. XF Choco = yummy
