So im 5'7 147lbs at around 8% BF. Im doing all i can to get 6 pack abs. I train abs 3 times a week and workout regularly doing HIIT etc. Im not concerned with the fitness but more the nutrition. So i get about 45G fat / 80G Carb / 170 G protein 1700 Cal a day. Eating clean whole foods, combined with intermittent fasting and paleo diet (No dairy or starches). I drink a gallon of distilled water a day and am also cycling creatine 6G a day. I noticed that instead of loosing the last pounds of fat on my midsection / love handles / lower back i feel like i am getting flabbier or squishy. Any thoughts or advice? I know my macros are low because im really trying to loose the last pounds. Is it the creatine? Too much water? HELP?!?!
