First video I ever watched any of this nonsense.. and within 1:35 of the video I am officially dumber.
In only 95 seconds I have learned:
- Whole Wheat Bread is the #1 food to NEVER eat (:29)
- Whole Wheat Bread is "basically" white bread (:40)
- Whole Wheat Bread absolutely just SHOOTS your blood sugar straight up
- Whole Wheat Bread is worse than brown rice and has less fiber (1:02)
- Whole Wheat Bread has "lots of calories" (:42)
- Whole Wheat Bread doesn't have "alot of fiber" (:47)
- BECAUSE Wheat Bread is processed, the carbs will absorb "in your body and make you fat" (:54)
- Brown Rice Makes you FULLER than Wheat Bread (1:06)
- Whole Wheat Bread is "empty calories" (lol... as opposed to BROWN RICE!?!?!)... (1:12)
- Best thing to do: Stay away from Bread All Together (1:18)
- Stay away from ALL STARCHES (1:21)
I couldn't keep watching.... this was too much for me... ugh.
