so around 3 weeks ago I could do a maximum of 16 ~ 17 pullups.
I went to work out my biceps and back w/ my roommate about 2 weeks ago, and ofc I got sore as ****. During the time I was sore (up until a couple of days ago) I continued to do pullups every day, but I could barely do 15, thinking its probably just b/c im sore or something.
But now I am no longer sore and I can still barely do 15 pullups (used to be able to do 16-17).
wtf is wrong with me?
