Alright well I've tried every "diet" I could think of, but all attempts were thwarted because I would crave something and could never say no.
After trying keto for 4 days I have not craved one thing and actually noticed I'm eating a lot less calories without even trying.
I'm not in ketosis yet but just cutting out the carbs really stopped most if not all of my cravings.
Anyways, I have a few questions:
1) What are some other low carb foods besides meats? In my 4 days of Keto my main foods were; bacon & eggs, chicken, steak, and ground beef (It was like a burrito but the meat was wrapped in lettuce instead of a tortilla).
2) How bad are diet soft drinks during Keto? I've heard a lot of back and forth about this and would like to see if I can get some straight answers.
3) How long can I stay on Keto? Is there a "too long"?
