I am cutting down, doing alot of cardio and trying to eat healthy.
I would just like to know a precise amount of grams of fat per day I should be eating and what is too little, and what is too much.
The main source of my fats would probably be from milk (skim or 1%), cheese, and sauces that sometimes are put on certian foods.
I currently weigh 168-170 pounds.
So could someone give me a good amount of grams of fat per day I should be eating in order to lose weight (I do cardio 3 - 4 times a week, about 30-60 minutes after waking up and I usually eat something with carbs, say a bagel, before doing cardio)
any input would be great. Thanks guys

you can eat a bagel no problems if it fits in your cal requirements.
50grams of fat is fine also since you don't want your T levels to drop.
I eat them every once in a while.. probably twice a month.. not not when cutting.. make sure it is while wheat at least!!
and about the fat...
I tried a diet under 50 grams of fat once and it was horrible... no energy at all..
50 grams of good fat is not bad..
