got this from 24 hour fitness along time ago. did absolutely NOTHING.
before they did a recall on this, there was something very potent with this. borderline gave me a heart attack and panic attacks (how I felt anyway). they put some sort of pepper in it that was jacking everyone up. I would take 1-2 and the recommended dose would eventually be 3...that must've been the most uncomfortable trip ever
