Whats the difference from gaining lean muscle gradually as to bulking up then cutting back down? Very interested in your advice let me know!

This. Gaining lean muscle gradually IS bulking. And you WILL still gain fat using this method, and you WILL still have to cut eventually.

To make slow lean gains you would be bulking....to gain you need to be in surplus, to lose you need to be in deficit. If you're not a noob lifter you will not gain size at maint. My lean bulk is a 150-200 cal surplus. Bulk doesn't mean cram your face and get fat, when in actuality doing a lean bulk will get you about the same muscle with less fat so your cutting time is less afterwards.
