they measure themselves standing on the tiptoe and measure to the highest hair sticking up...then they round up to the next highest inch

then to way themselves, they eat a huge meal then step on the scale with army boots and arctic jackets

the same applies to whatever they say their lifts are. miscer says he benches 225 for reps? he maxes out at 185

I don't think those stats are e-stat at all. If a 160 pound 18 year old like me can get my lifts within a year and a bit, I'm sure all those early 20s who have been lifting for years shouldn't have any trouble at all with the lifts you mentioned.
