My third meal (an hour before workout) seldom varies: 7 oz of grilled tilipia, 8 spears of grilled asparagus, 3/4 cup of baked sweet potato and 2 tbls. of salsa

Skinny as sh!t! Around 189 right now. Bench strength has tanked, but I pulled 500x6 last week on deads. (only off one rep from when I was 210) So I am not too concerned. My bench always tanks when I cut. (but comes back within a week or two of upping cals)
Very lean all over. (calipers say 8.5%) but I dont think I am quite that low. Stating to see ab veins now in my lower abs. (never seen those before)
Just getting down to the last bits of torso fat. I would not be surprised if I hit the low 180s when I am done. Starting to look kinda freaky though.
Jealous of the eating you are doing now. I feel much better with a little weight on me....but this stubborn fat is not going to go away on it's own.RAW lifts
