I've been bulking for the past 4 months, Ive seen good/solid gains in weight and strength. I put on more body fat then I intended to do so, so today I picked up bronkaid and caffeine to help lean out.
I've done the combo before in the past and it worked out well (3years ago). Since the last time, I've done this stack, I've changed my training from more of a bodybuilding style workout to a cross fit, tactical fitness style workout and running. My goal was to add size and strength during the winter months but a recent opportunity has made me change my goals.
I've also been doing some googling and reading up on the supplements, ephdrine sulfate (which is in bronkaid), and everything seems to be a negative feedback. WebMD make it seem like a poison and my heart is going to explode. I usually only take a protein powder, I'm not big in N.O. or creatine supplements. Even though, I have already bought the supplements, my health is a biggest concern to me then the $30 I spent.
Questions:
1. Has anyone done this stack recently?
2. and what feedback do you have?
3. Do you suggest an alternative?
4. How did you take it, 1x or 3x/day, Pre-workout or in the AM?
5. Does taking such a stimulant and conducting a high intensity workout such as cross fit mix well?
6. Any additional tips?

A 50 year old with a heart condition in Florida during the summer shouldn't take it for cardio but a healthy 26 year old should have no problem.
Just take it easy, start your first dose and assess, do you need another one? Take your second dose, assess again, is that enough per day or will another be ok? Take a dose pre-workout, assess again, am I freaking out? Is my heart beating too fast/hard? Should I call it a day? Should I skip the preworkout dose from now on?
Everyone is different, you have to figure yourself out.Look under your chair. YOU GET A REP, AND YOU GET A REP, REPS FOR EVERYONE! If I get a rep, you get a rep, every time. Give me a link to make my life a little easier.
If you don't give me a link and you didn't post in the thread you rep'd me in, I'm not gonna go searching for you. I'll get everyone on recharge.

start at 1[25mg EC 200mg caffeine] dose for a few days, then 2 for a few days, then 3 doses a day, then most take a break after month or so.

Thanks for all the great input.
This morning I went for a run, 4mi but did not take ECA stack until later in the day. I ended up taking the stack @0930, I didn't feel any side effects besides cottonmouth such i tried to resolve by drinking water more frequently. I started to notice a difference between 3-4pm that it was wearing off, I'll be taking my second dosage around that time.
Because of my schedule, I do not have the time to do AM workout, so I end up hitting the gym around 6 every night, because of this I will not be taking ECA stack pre-WOD.
I checked out the hotnfit.com website, I was useful, specially the dosage schedule, it more geared towards females, but I was able to get some good info out of it.
I plan on taking ECA stack twice tomorrow, I have a long day of work ahead of me.
After a few weeks I'll probably add from up to date info on how things are going with the stack, BF loss, strength, etc.
Thank you again for the info, provide any further info you think would help
