    Deloading with a flu

Been training 6 days a week for a while now and was planning a deload. Came around sooner because I just feel run down due to this cold I have.

Instead of just doing my normal routine with cut volume and weight, would it be better if I took 2 extra days off and did a low volume full body workout on saturday? (starting back to normal on tuesday)

I'm in the same boat, just taking a few day rest period to fully recover.
