Bikini Competition Shoes for Wide Feet??

I just received my first pair of competition heels and they are extremely narrow!! Any websites that cater to wider feet?

You can try heating them a bit with a blowdryer to soften up the plastic (not too warm or you will burn your feet) and then wear then for awhile. It should help the plastice stretch.
