Besides, evolution is a large branch of science. You seem to be under the assumption that all it's all about the origins of life. It's just a fact: animals change over time, be it by survival of the fittest (ie. adaptation), genetic mutations, inbreeding, whatever. It's a fact, man.

The two most important points of evolution are that individuals can't evolve, but populations do over time. Second is that evolution isn't geared towards perfection or complexity, it only moves towards what is most favorable for reproductive success.

The case with the cows is artificial selection. Yes they are still cows, but a new species can't occur until there is reproductive isolation. If you take a farm of cows, randomly split the population in half with a fence, and artificially select each side to have different traits, over the course of thousands of years you will see genetic variation and inability to breed between the two populations. Then you have a new species.

The same happens in nature. Populations often get separated geographically for a long enough period of time where they will each experience enough genetic drift to not be able to reproduce with the other

And for the same reason; the Bible is historically accurate, and is the book Jesus spoke of in the New Testament. Jesus is the man that lived 2000 years ago that is the basis for my beliefs. It's already been settled that he did indeed live, and people have been dying just because they believed he rose from the dead ever since it happened, and still are to this day.

Why is it when defending religion humans all of a sudden lose any form of logic and use reasoning they would never think to open their mouth with for any other debate.
