    Wrist wraps??

    Wrist pain after doing dumbbell press...I am wondering if I should get a wrist wraps...any suggestion of what wrist wraps should I get??? If possible please show me pictures...your help is much appreciated !

    I just bought Inzer 20" wrist wraps and love them! Would reccommend.

    I have 8.5" wrists. If you're 126lbs, the 13" wraps would probably suit you better.

    My cousin uses futuro wrists straps when he lifts, he sprained his wrists a couple of times and feels pain doing some exercises.
