    Best Value Lifting Shoes

    what would you recommend for good lifting shoes. I don't need the top end.

    But what have people found best value shoes for an intermediate lifter.

    Also what is the best website for buying equipment (belts, bands etc). I am going to be in the US next week so might do some on line shopping to save some cash

    Use wrestling shoes man, all wrestling shoes are flat on the bottom which is good for your deadlifts, squats, clean & jerk, snatch, etc.(Flat soles provide balance & stability) Plus you can find wrestling shoes that are 14-25 bucks online, so they're very inexpensive. Wrestling shoes are flashy too cool designs, idk if you care about the looks but they're really cool.

    If your looking for the best belts go to bobsbelts.com, everything custom made, you can even put your name or a design. Expensive but you wont be buying another belt ever. . . EVER. Unless you gain 50 inches around your waist.
