Hi guys not too sure if my stats show but im 24, 5'7 and weigh at 81kg
Is there any point in doing SS if your not eating for it because right now I'm a fat 81kg.
So far my stats on SS
Bench: 3x5 @ 50kg
Squat: 3x5 @ 70kg
Deadlift: 1x5 @ 60kg
Military Overhead Press: 3x5 @ 40kg
Power Cleans: 3x5 @ 40kg
and usually go 20min of cardio before i start.
Really i want to lose weight but if i did a program like this and end up lifting heavy wouldn't i be losing weight as well??
Thanks.

You can't grow if you aren't eating enough to support growth. You can lose weight while on SS, you will just get stuck sooner and more often.
Also, 5'7, 180 isn't all that fat really - maybe try maintaining that weight while increasing your strength - like a recomp. My Journal (RIP 05/11 - 09/13):

That's my dilemma if i want to grow and eat more i'd just be getting bigger (fatter as well) and right now i don't look on the good side of 80kg. I guess it would make more sense if i put a pic up of myself. Also aiming for the 6 meals a day really that important? Could i get the same out of having 4-5 meals a day??

Your stats are pretty similar to mine when I started a year ago. I decided to run SS and eat a lot to get strong first. I went up 12 lbs and increased my strength quite a bit in 3-4 months, then cut back to where I started while slowly increasing my strength on SS over the next 5 months. I decided I'd rather be a strong slightly fat than a weak skinny.
I'm still on the fat side, but I'm not as big as I'd like to be before trimming down. Not having muscle doesn't look good at any weight.
