    Chest/Triceps 3x a week

    Is 3x a week (on non-consecutive days) too much for chest/triceps or is it ok?

    I hope youre doing your back three times a week, too. Unless you wan your shoulders to round forward.

    Im interested to see what your routine looks like. I think chest and tris 3x a week is too much...

    As long as frequency and volume are negatively correlated, you should be fine. You may want to vary intensity as well.

    Also, as they said, it would be nice to see the rest of your routine
