Let me get straight to the damnnn point
did supersets for arms day ((yes i have an arms day i lack arms so don't start talking ****!)) for the first time last week, i was wondering if i could do supersets for arms every set for every workout, only work them out once a week. or would it be better if i just did a drop set for just the last set of each exercise?
