    Talking Supersets! Allllll kiiiiiiiinds of gainzzzz mannnn

    Let me get straight to the damnnn point

    did supersets for arms day ((yes i have an arms day i lack arms so don't start talking ****!)) for the first time last week, i was wondering if i could do supersets for arms every set for every workout, only work them out once a week. or would it be better if i just did a drop set for just the last set of each exercise?

    It's all about working til failure to see awesome gains. Superset, then drop set if needed. Plus supersets keep you moving at the gym. Go for it!
