As good as it can be. I've lived it for a while now, so its not THAT big of a deal outside of being absurdly uncomfortable at times.
Honestly, those vertical pressing motions don't bother it even though that's how I hurt it (big pop last December doing OH Press and couldnt move my neck for over a week). Now the more horizontal I get, the more pressure I feel doing the motion (bench is the worst).
Probably gonna yank incline bench from my routine today just to be more cautious.

We'll see what the MRI says and what the orthopedists suggest and take it from there. I cant get it done until late January (single parenting my daughter until then), anyway.
It improved to parallel but literally can't bend further. I have a ton of clicking and popping just going down that far. Most importantly though, knees feel a lot better in day-to-day function so this year's goal of adding trunk muscle and staying lean to keep stress off them seems to have worked pretty well.
