Friday - Day 5:
Morning:
4 pills of Free Test
Workout (all workouts are fasted!):
(Friday's workout is a moderate to heavy EXPLOSIVE reps and exercises aimed at recruiting different muscle fibers than in my strength day and improving functionality and athleticism)
Weighted Pullups 5x5 (25, 35, 45, 55, 65 <---still banging the rust off... frankly my first set with 25 was harder than with 55... but not as hard as with 65)
Seated behind the neck press 5x5 (*kinda pissed me off how much easier this is for me than standing OH press)
Machine squats 5x5 superset with calf raises 5x5
Cleans 5x5 (Havent done these with remotely any consistency since my football days so I kept it light at 115lb each set)
Weighted declined situps 2x15 1x21
Straight bar curls 3x15
Rope pushdowns 3x15
Pec deck 3x15
*BCAAs during workout
Lunch:
Teriyaki steak over rice and vegetables (pic inc)
Snack:
Syntha 6 Isolate Strawberry Milkshake protein shake with simply smart milk... delicious.
Dinner:
10oz of chicken defrosting... might do maple mustard chicken since it's been a while
Snack 2:
2 100 cal bags of white cheddar popcorn
Pre sleep:

^ Over a half lb of lean steak cut into strips and then smaller chunks, marinated over night in teriyaki. Then I basically prepare my healthy fried rice without the chicken, egg or soy sauce, cook the steak medium rare and top the rice with it and then drizzle some extra marinade over the top for even more flavor.

It's really, really good. Gun to my head, I like Protogen a little better, but this is definitely neck and neck.
Im using the Syntha6 Isolate because it's Strawberry and I haven't had strawberry in a while... hands down the best tasting strawberry I've ever had. With the simply smart milk and a few ice cubes it legit tastes like a good milkshake.
And agree about both Dave and his shady sausage-nipples.

I swear its all so quick and/or easy. For the rice, I just throw some frozen corn, peas and carrots in the microwave while the rice boils and some prechopped onions in a pan. The steak was just cut and marinated.
The maple-mustard chicken is definitely the most involved, but the majority are just a couple minutes of actual prep time.

Um, I just like to use them before/during my fasted workouts and I have a ****load of them (bought some, then BSN was having huge sale on them so bought more, then GF gave me a whole thing of XTend, then BB.com send me Amino Recovery and then they sent me a tub of BCAA powder--gonna take me another year or two to get through this)
