Smile concerns on Schedule for Supplements

    Hi Friends,

I am on a fat loss diet in which my supplements are whey protein(ON) / multivitamins(ON) / fat burner ( Dymatize) / cod liver caps (sea cod)/ liv 52 (himalaya) tonic.

I am taking whey protein ( before and after workout )
    breakfast with multivitamins
fat burner 1 hr before meal
cod liver and liv 52 tonic with my dinner.

In between i drink 6 lts water daily at particular scedules and hit zym in the evenings like 2 days ON and 1 day off but still use the supplements same

My concern is ...... am i using supplemets wise ????????
Is it good to have both cod liver and liv 52 both at same time ?????

    No you aren't.

I say this because you seem to not understand what supplements are for. Fat loss is based upon your diet as a whole. Also, protein powder is food and will not magically build muscle or shave fat in itself. Calories in versus calories out. I suggest hoping over to the fat loss forum, doing some reading, then the nutrition forum, more reading, and follow what you learn. Head back over this way once you have the basica down for the best possible results.

You have a plan, and that's what matters. Stick to it, keep your calories alittle less than normal, and you'll see results. Hit the gym hard to ramp up your metabolism!

And btw, Liv.52 DS is better than the liquid version. I assume you got the liquid since you said tonic. You can find the DS for 3$ a bottle shipped.
