    Squat form check

    I'm doing the kind of squat that riptoe teaches in starting strength. At the bottom I feel a massive stretch in my hamstrings. Every day I do leg stretches so that I can squat lower, but as of now this is as low as I can go without rounding my back.

    Any feedback would be great thanks!

    Camera angle is going to make my head explode. Really really hard to see what is going on. Can you get another vid with the camera fixed at knee height so we can see depth?

    Anyone else spend 34 seconds tilting their head back and forth trying to follow knee position and not be able to do it?

    Yeah its near to impossible to judge your depth there but id be inclined to say your not parallel. Another video is needed.
