Right now I'm doing only powerlifts (bench press, deadlift, squats and EZ Curls), and I've been doing it for about 3 months. I've had noticeable gains, an I'm dedicated to powerlifting, but I also want size everywhere, in areas like shoulders, delts, traps, hams etc... So, should I do a day of isolated lifts for those areas?

Powerlifts for size?

Have you considered doing, oh...I don't know...anything even remotely resembling a reasonable program for a significant length of time?
That'd be "something written and designed by someone who knows what the hell they're doing," not, "something you came up with one morning in the shower."
That'd also be "for several years," not, "I finished a cycle of X. What should I do now?"
Have you also looked into this amazing new supplement called food? Everyone's doing it these days. Supposed to have great results.

You'll gain size from squatting, benching, & deadlifting. However if you call it powerlifting you start gaining mostly fat, it sucks. We're all fat here..

That word...I do not think it means what you think it means.
I've lifted in the past, for two years, but I took a break this year due to school/personal issues, so I'd say that I'm more experienced then you think.
Then why are you asking us? YOU'VE GOT TWO WHOLE YEARS OF LIFTING EXPERIENCE!!! You're clearly an advanced lifter and don't need our input. Your complete lack of accessory work demonstrates your advanced training knowledge.

To OP's credit, 100% Raw and ADAU merged and now contest the strict curl. Now we can all be powerlifting specialists three times a week on bench 'n curl day. Gone are the days of the fat powerlifter.

Used to build monuments of nothingness
And those who specialize in the uses
Seldom achieve anything

If I were you, I'd send Isaku900 a PM asking him for a Westside template. It's a great routine for lifters at your level.
