The pass rate this time around was 55.4% for July, when I took it, it was 54% but there are reasons for that, its just three days of shyt...i don't think anyone else is three days.
Isn't it given 4 times a year? Why do you need to wait a year- shyt some schools even take december test results if the rest of your app is complete. Don't sweat it- it a standardized test and therefore there are standard ways of beating it. PS i got a shytty score and still got in to good schools- its not the end of the world.

Now that I'm in a relationship, I miss napsturbating (aka the fapnap). It's nice to come home from work, blast one off, and then pass out for 45 minutes before hitting the gym. So refreshing.

This is why I never give up in a class because you never know what will happen if you put some elbow grease in and try to really do better.
Really upset about my sleep though, my bad sleeping habits are hurting my productivity throughout the day. I tend to think a lot at night and my brain goes into overdrive.

Article is blocked at my work.
When is the last time you eat/drink anything? When I was diagnosed with insomnia we went through what they call 'Sleep Nutrition' which is pretty much you assess everything going on in your life, what you eat, what you drink and things of that sort.
One of t he things they taught me was that if I can't sleep, or I feel like I can't....to do some kind of activity I enjoy to put my mind at ease. For me that's guitar. Maybe try something similar?*US Navy Vet*

I am on IF so last time I ate was at 9 pm last night and I drank water this morning. I don't drink coke/sugary drinks, especially at night. I talked to my doctor and the ******* wanted to put me on sleeping pills. I raged that he would even suggest that without trying to help me in other ways.
I am not really sure what activity would put my mind at ease. Reading a book makes me think about what I just read. Listening to music while running helps me I guess. ****ing cold as **** outside though lol

Well, in the doctor's defense...look at people today. People will ask for medication for anything and may have assumed you were looking for that also. Even if they assign something for more of the Placebo Effect. I was given meds for it because I was just always up - but I was still in a bad relationship. As soon as I broke up with that girl, I threw the pills in the trash...I knew exactly what the problem was, I was unhappy with how things were and generally annoyed with my relationship. Like I was so unhappy towards the end of my last relationship - I'd take my preworkout drink while leaving work and she would often call and just be a pain in the ass and I'd go home and sleep instead. lol. I wish that were a joke, but that's how much of a toll it took on me because of how things were. I was always drained emotionally and mentally that I just wasn't functioning properly.*US Navy Vet*

For me I guess I am not exactly where I want to be in life. It's a longterm effort so I won't be able to get relief anytime soon. I had specifically told that SOB doctor to not even talk about pills when I was expaining to him my sleep issue. I was hoping he would throw me into a sleep study.
Salsa social dancing or a bar...I really honestly just want to stay home tonight. I am feeling a little burnt out...
